Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ph33m Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ph33m's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph33m shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
ph33m does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph33m's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph33m's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
ph33m reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or any other reason at ph33m's sole discretion.
Upon termination, any outstanding balance in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending identity verification or compliance review. ph33m is not obligated to return funds where termination results from a breach of these Terms involving fraud or prohibited conduct.
You may close your ph33m account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ph33m's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ph33m will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days. Disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
ph33m reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph33m will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the ph33m Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
