ph33m is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have under Philippine data privacy law. Please read it carefully before using the ph33m Platform.

  • Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR regulations, AMLA obligations, NPC requirements, and other applicable Philippine laws.

  • Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

ph33m does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

  • PAGCOR and Regulatory Authorities: As required by our PAGCOR license and applicable Philippine law, including for audit, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.
  • Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC): Where required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act and its implementing rules.
  • Payment Service Providers: GCash, Maya, and partner banks, solely for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.
  • Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC service providers engaged to verify your identity documents, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
  • Technology Service Providers: Cloud hosting, platform infrastructure, and security service providers who process data on ph33m's behalf under data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

ph33m retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

  • Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AMLA obligations.
  • Financial and Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
  • Gaming Session Data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each session.
  • Support Communications: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the last interaction.
  • Technical and Log Data: Retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months, unless required for longer retention in connection with a security investigation or legal proceeding.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with ph33m's data disposal procedures.

ph33m implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including identity documents and financial records.

ph33m uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. The following categories of cookies are used:

10. Children & Minors

The ph33m Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. ph33m does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If ph33m becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated personal data will be deleted, and any funds deposited will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees. If you believe a minor has registered on the ph33m Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

ph33m's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game content suppliers with servers in other jurisdictions.

Where such transfers occur, ph33m ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines, including contractual data protection clauses requiring the recipient to maintain standards equivalent to Philippine data privacy law. ph33m does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate safeguards.

12. Amendments to This Policy

ph33m reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Where changes are material, ph33m will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of the current version of this Privacy Policy is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ph33m Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the amended Privacy Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
